Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you ask for early access to GlueAI on joinlrl.com/glue.
Who we are
GlueAI is made by Living Room Labs in London. We decide how your details are used. You can reach us at hi@joinlrl.com.
What we collect
When you fill in the early-access form we collect:
- your work email address
- your role, and how many live projects you run
- which tools your team uses for chat, files and project management
- anything you choose to tell us in the free-text answer
- whether you'd like a call, and whether you want product updates
- which link brought you to the page (for example Instagram or LinkedIn), if any
We don't ask for anything else, and we don't buy or combine data about you from other sources.
Why we use it
- To decide who to invite to early access and to contact you about it.
- To set GlueAI up for your team if you join.
- To send occasional product updates, only if you ticked that box. Every update has a way to stop them.
- To see which links bring people to the page, counted in total, not per person.
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else handles it
- Tally (Tally BV, Belgium) runs the form and stores your answers for us.
- Vercel hosts this website. Its analytics count page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your answers for up to 12 months after early access ends, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to see, correct or delete your details, to stop using them, or to give you a copy. Email hi@joinlrl.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
